Returns

Station7 will do everything it can to satisfy its customers. If you still wish to cancel the order, there is the option to invoke the right to return within 14 days, starting on the day you receive the product. This right of return only applies to stock products, not to products made especially for you. The return right only applies to purchases made directly from our online store. If you want to return, we ask you to send us an e-mail to customercare@station7.com quoting the order number.

The product can only be returned unused and properly packaged in the original packaging. You will have to bear the return costs. If you want we can organise the return. In that case the transport costs will be settled with the amount to be refun


My product was delivered faulty

We check all the products that leave our factory to ensure that you receive a product that meets our quality requirements. In the unlikely event that something is not right, please contact our customer service on via customercare@station7.com. Mention in the email what is wrong with the delivered product and also add photos. Our Customer Care representative will contact you in 3 - 5 business days to discuss the reported damage or defect.


My product was delivered incomplete

We check all products that leave our factory to ensure that you receive a product that meets our quality requirements. If something is missing, please contact our customer service on customercare@station7.com. State clearly what is missing and we will come up with a solution as quickly as possible.
