Payment on delivery
Have you ordered chairs to be delivered by UPS? Then you can only pay in cash. If your order is delivered by our transport company, you can pay by PIN or cash.
iDeal payment failed?
Did your payment through iDEAL fail? Check whether the money has been debited. Is this not the case? You can then immediately place an order again. Has the money been debited from your bank account but have you not received an order confirmation by e-mail after 1 working day? Contact info@station7.com or phone +31 (0) 85-4890940.
Refund
How will I get a refund?
How we repay you depends entirely on how you have paid. Did you pay with iDEAL? Then we will transfer the payment back into your account. Have you only returned part of your order? Then we transfer the money to your specified account number. If your account number is unknown, we will ask you to provide it to us. Have you been to one of our stores and have you paid there? We will ask for your account number to refund the amount.
I have not received a refund.
It varies depending on your bank how long it takes for the refund to appear in your account. We always pay within 7 working days after processing the return shipment. Is the amount not in your account yet after 7 working days? Contact customercare@station7.com
