Complaints

It is, of course, very unfortunate if you have a complaint about our products. We would like to help you further and offer a satisfactory solution. Please fill in our service form here.

Our customer service staff will review the complaint and try to resolve it to everyone’s satisfaction. After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us.

We will respond to your complaint within 5 working days of receipt. If more time is needed, we will notify you.

If you are not satisfied with this, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk, of which we are a member.


From February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU will also be able to submit complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage. If the complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit it via the European Union platform.
